Technical Support Specialist--Label Printers （Shanghai 1）
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone/e-mail support to product users and resellers on label printers
- Provide feedback to the Manager regarding product performance in the field
- Provide pre- and post-sales application support
- Process RMA requests and perform hardware repairs on label printers
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology
- Two or more years in a technical support environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win95/98/NT/2000/XP)
- Possess basic software programming in C++ or similar languages and networking skills
- Familiar with print spools, configuration under different operating environment eg. Unix or Windows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to speak and write English
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team
- Able to work under pressure
